Job Description:
• Play a key role in aligning and supporting initiatives and their technical realization in close collaboration with global and regional IS. This role demands thought leadership to drive the digital transformation journey including business enablement, process automation/ management, business architecture and IT strategy.
• This entails improvements through business strategy translation, operational innovations and technology solutions with the goal of improving operational efficiency, effectiveness, customer experience and service delivery. A key element for this position is to focus on the digitalization, innovation, and automation strategy including design, development, enhancements, implementation and post-go-live support.
• This includes establishing a Center of Excellence (CoE) for Process Automation and DevOps service delivery to meet the objectives of the organization with a goal of building a self-sustainable team, and working closely with stakeholders, business/ functional leaders and process owners to determine how best to utilize available technologies. The incumbent will utilize his/her knowledge of the business to determine the application of available technologies to the respective business challenges and assist in identifying and prioritizing specific innovation/ automation opportunities.
• Build a CoE to deliver rapid robotic-process-automation (RPA) technology, the incumbent is responsible for developing, testing and implementing technology solutions, adhering to standard practices. He/she will build RPA capabilities within multiple business organizations through collaboration, coaching, advising and leadership.

Qualifications/Requirements

 (Education, Experience, Professional License, Skills Certification, Specialized Training)
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on digital transformation and application management.
• Proven track record of leading successful digital initiatives in a BPO or technology-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of current digital technologies, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Experience with budget management and financial oversight.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.
