1. Duly certificated as per STCW ‘78, as amended including SDSD (Security training for seafarers with Designated Security Duties) Certificate or higher.

2. Completed one contract (6 months) as Fitter / Machinist or No.1 Oiler onboard a merchant vessel.
3. Preferably a graduate of machinist/welding vocational course or related field;
4. Preferably not more than 45 years old.

2. PASSPORT (Validity should be from 2025 above) *
3. YELLOW FEVER (Must have no expiry) *
4. TRANSCRIPT OF RECORD / DIPLOMA AND RED RIBBON *
5. CERTIFICATE FROM THE PREVIOUS EMPLOYER (If available)
6. ERN * POEA E-registration number (POEA account must be active)
7. TRAINING CERTIFICATES (BT w/COP, PSCRB, SDSD w/ COP, NC1, NC3, etc.) (Validity should be from 2023 above) *
8. NBI CLEARANCE *
9. POLICE *
10. BARANGAY CLEARANCE *
11. PSA *
12. 2x2 ID PICTURE IN WHITE BACKGROUND (SCANNED/DIGITAL COPY)*
13. SSS
14. PHILHEALTH
15. PAG-IBIG
16. SID (Marina)
17. BDO Kabayan Peso Acct.
18. BDO Kabayan Dollar Acct. (can be opened once hired)
(No referral needed if opening an account at BDO Kalaw)
Additional requirements for direct hire
19. International experience of at least 10,000 Gross Tonnage and above.
20. US Visa - valid at least 1 year
