Key Responsibilities:
Assist the driver in loading and unloading goods from the delivery vehicle
Ensure proper handling, stacking, and securing of goods to avoid damage during transit
Verify delivery documents and match them with items loaded and delivered
Accompany the driver to multiple delivery locations within assigned routes
Provide courteous and respectful interaction with customers upon delivery
Secure signatures and proof of delivery as required
Report any delivery issues or customer concerns to the supervisor or dispatcher
Assist in vehicle inspection and maintenance checks when necessary
Keep the delivery vehicle clean and organized
Perform other warehouse or logistics-related tasks when not on delivery (e.g., sorting, packing)
