LTC Multi-Services and Training Center, Inc. formerly LTC STAFFING CENTER, INC. was organized on May 1, 1989, authorized under DOLE Department Order-no.174 license number NCR-MPFO - 78101- 042321 – 959 - R valid until April 3, 2023, was awarded Number One Placement Agency for the year 2012.

LTC Multi-Services and Training Center, Inc. , have established a strong relationship with regular, satisfied clients in a remarkably short period of time and currently have thousand field staffers assigned to various client-companies who are among the prominent multinationals in different industries in the local business.

With the primary objective of providing clients with efficient personnel in various positions LTC Multi Services and Training Center, Inc., ensures thorough screening of applicants in order to employ the right fit for each position.

LTC Multi-Services and Training Center, Inc. philosophy is one of leadership through involvement; a hands-on approach which encompasses its entire operations from stockholders, officers, on-site managers and supervisors down to is manpower staff.

OUR SERVICES

Recruitment

Applicants of LTC Multi-Services and Training Center, Inc. undergo thorough screenings which include psychological testing and in-depth interview. A background check and character investigation are conducted for those who qualify and with skills found to match the job.

Psychological tests are indicators of mental, behavioral and skills capabilities. Using these instruments we determine the individual who is the right fit for the position and for evaluation of the performance of staff who are candidates for promotion.

A Summary Report of individual profile is submitted to the client prior to deployment of personnel which include: psychological report, background check and medical results.

Our pools of manpower are well trained and undergo orientation and training prior to deployment. We have trained and efficient personnel to fill up the following positions at any given time: programmers, encoders, accountants, accounting clerks, administrative assistants, clerical staff researchers, sales representatives, production workers, promo merchandisers, janitors and drivers.

Training

LTC Multi-Services and Training Center, Inc. requires short listed applicants to undergo training for additional/special skills needed for the job if required by the partner-client. It is understood that during the training period the applicant is not officially hired, and in the event that the applicant demonstrates below standard of expectations full time employment shall be deferred.

Supervision

LTC Multi-Services and Training Center, Inc. assumes full control and supervision of its personnel and staff assigned to perform the tasks required by partner-client and shall ensure that assigned personnel strictly adhere to the company rules and regulations of the company.

Furthermore, LTC Multi-Services and Training Center, Inc., shall take responsibility for the negligence of its assigned personnel and staff that will result to damages of property of partner-client which shall be determined through proper investigation. Partner-client shall have the right to request for replacement for assigned personnel who may be found to have infractions or violated company rules and regulations, incompetent and whose continued presence is considered prejudicial to the interest of the partner-client.

Depending on the number of assigned employees, LTC Multi-Services and Training Center, Inc., shall provide full time supervisor to particular partner-client to ensure that our assigned personnel are effectively performing their assigned duties and responsibilities. The task of the supervisor is to closely coordinate with the HR department and monitor on-the- job performance of assigned personnel which is the primordial concern of the company. A periodic meeting is encouraged to maintain harmonious relationship.

One of the disciplines we impose on our employees is the Dress Code. LTC Multi-Services and Training Center, Inc., provides standard uniforms, ID Cards for proper identification and time cards to reflect attendance which will be the basis of payroll and billing. In cases where partner-clients require their own standard of uniform mutual agreement shall be arranged.
