Position: Renewals & Win-Back Specialist(French Bilingual)
As a Bilingual Renewals & Win-Back Specialist, you will manage subscription renewals and reactivation efforts for former customers. You’ll play a key role in reducing churn and increasing customer lifetime value by building strong relationships and delivering personalized outreach in both French and English.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end renewal process for assigned accounts.
Conduct outreach to former customers to understand cancellation reasons and offer tailored win-back solutions.
Communicate effectively in both French and English, adapting tone and messaging to each audience.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Track and report on renewal and win-back performance using CRM tools.
