- Minimum 1 year experience in providing voice support in French language for international customers in a technical process.
Excellent fluency in French language is a must
Well versed in computer systems and mobile apps, troubleshooting devices in a home network environment.
Good understanding of customer service processes, tools and best practices with a strong customer-centric focus.
Ability to multi-task (Speak to customers on phone and type case notes in concurrence).
Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish Language is a must.
Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience / certifications
