Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy CRM Assistant to support customer relationship management operations. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining CRM databases, analyzing customer data, and optimizing engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Assist in CRM research for business development initiatives.
  • Compile mailing lists for publications and internal newsletters.
  • Provide training and guidance on CRM usage to team members.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track customer interactions.
  • Support marketing campaigns by segmenting customer data.
  • Ensure CRM practices comply with data protection laws and best practices.
  • Resolve CRM-related issues in coordination with IT support.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
