A Customer Service Representative aids and support to customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience for various products or services.
What you’ll be doing:
- Navigate computer systems to track calls, gather information and effectively resolve customer issues or queries.
- Enhance customer relationships and contribute to building customer loyalty.
- Review and document customer accounts to fully understand the customer’s situation prior to making outbound calls when necessary.
- Sell, cross sell, and upsell the best communication products and services in the market.
What we’re looking for:
- Ability to work in shifting schedule
- Willing to work in Taytay, Rizal.
- At least Senior HS or HS Grad (old curriculum)
- Advance computer knowledge and a great multi-tasker
- Must have NBI Clearance prior to Job Offer
- Candidates with valid NBI Clearance will be prioritized
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be at least 18 years old and above.
