Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any other related courses.
- Minimum of six (6) months to one (1) year experience.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Customer Retention: Helps the Supervisor in developing innovative End Consumer Marketing strategies to drive engagement, increase store headcount, and increase customer basket, and frequency, among other marketing metrics
- Customer Retention: Helps the Supervisor in developing innovative End Consumer Marketing strategies to drive engagement, increase store headcount, and increase customer basket, and frequency, among other marketing metrics.
- Loyalty Program: Recruitment and Retention of End Consumers: Boost recruitment and retention of end consumer segment through promotions and campaigns to increase sales performance.
- Store Operations Support: Timely, Accurate, and Excellent Execution of Marketing Efforts with the right communication and understanding of stores. Works with the supervisor for all end consumer-identified channels.
- Branding, social media, and Vendor Collaboration: Coordinate with Merchandising, Media Agencies (if any), Vendors, External partners, and Internal Marketing teams to collaborate on marketing programs to increase end-consumer engagement on time.
- Maintains and adheres to Prince branding from internal and external brand management, corporate to store operations brand management as well as social media management among others.
