Job Description

As a Customer Service Agent (Customer Care Agent), you will be responsible for assisting the European/American passengers of Air France/ KLM Royal Dutch Airline in relation to their airline ticket/concerns. As for the schedule, you will have a shifting schedule (AM, PM, and graveyard shifts) and holiday duties as well.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Candidate who have at least two (2) years undergraduate studies are welcome to apply.
  • Required skill(s): airline reservation system experience (Amadeus and Sabre), Excellent English Communication Skills (at least B2 level of Proficiency both written and verbal), BPO experience, Call Center Operations, Customer-oriented
  • Required language(s): English
  • Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule and on-site: Makati City

+ Night shift differential rate in operations (10pm to 6am) of 30% of hourly rate/hour

+ Meal and Transportation allowance (10pm-6am) of 200php/day
