A Credit and Collection Assistant supports the credit and collections department by managing assigned accounts, monitoring payments, and providing customer service related to collection issues. They also assist in reducing delinquency and preparing statements of accounts.
Qualifications/Requirements
At least college graduate in any business course
With six months to one year experience as an accounting assistant or bookkeeper
Proficient in MS Excel
Basic accounting knowledge
Familiarity in financial statement
Ability to adapt and learn new accounting software
