ExcelSource Multi-Purpose Cooperative (ExcelSource) was registered with the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) in January 2007. It was established as a multi-purpose cooperative with manpower (labor service) as its main business, with the ideas of:
- enabling members/employees to work continuously,
- providing sustainable livelihood opportunities to its members
- and assisting clients/business partners in reducing recurring administrative, recruitment and training costs.
ExcelSource transferred to Antipolo City after Typhoon Ondoy submerged its office in September 2009.
ExcelSource is owned by its members. By giving services to clients of ExcelSource, members enjoy the government-mandated benefits (SSS, Pag-IBIG and PhilHealth) of an employee. Members also enjoy other benefits like: dividends, patronage refund, hospitalization, personal accident insurance, dental, rice on credit, discounted and on-credit food and personal hygiene products, funeral assistance and incentives from programs of ExcelSource.
