Job Description

Credit and Collection Officer is responsible for managing customer accounts, collecting outstanding debts, and ensuring timely payments. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, along with a good understanding of financial processes and regulations. Key responsibilities include contacting customers about overdue payments, negotiating repayment plans, and resolving billing disputes. 

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Ability to work with deadlines and under pressure
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
  • Customer service mindset with a professional attitude
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
  • Willingness to collaborate with the sales and finance departments for dispute resolution
  • Willing to travel in Bohol
