PLANNING AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGER 

  • Oversees and coordinate construction projects, ensuring adherence to plan, safety standards and timely completion.
  • They manage resources including labor and materials, and act as liaison between project managers, subcontractors and other stakeholders.
  • This role involeves planning, organizing and controlling the construction process to ensure efficient and safe execution.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with a minimum of five years experience in the construction industry. 
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are also essential.
