• Safely transport employees, management, or authorized individuals between branches, bank, warehouse, or other business locations.
• Pick up and deliver valuable items such as pledged items, cash, jewelry, or documents between branches and head office.
• Conduct regular inspections of the vehicle to ensure roadworthiness and cleanliness.
• Report any damage, maintenance needs, or irregularities to management promptly.
• Follow traffic laws and company driving policies at all times.
• Ensure all trips are logged properly and documentation is complete (trip logs, delivery receipts, etc.).
• Cooperate with internal audits or security checks related to asset transportation.
• Assist in minor errands such as purchasing office supplies or banking transactions.
• Provide support during branch openings, special events, or inventory transfers as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity, especially when handling sensitive or high-value items.
• Represent the company professionally when dealing with clients, suppliers, and the public.
• Be prepared to respond to emergencies or urgent company needs, including late trips or weekend assignments if required.
