Job Summary:
The Community Coordinator assists homeowners with their concerns and facilitates events and programs for the community.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Management of Communication Channels
- Join or ask to be invited into relevant group chats and Facebook groups and pages.
- Activate each village's Social and Cultural Committee.
- Share/repost official announcements and guidelines that are published by The Loop facebook page, resolutions from LEHOA meetings, and updates from relevant service providers,
Maintenance of Residents' Database
- Conduct an annual census of all residing individuals in all assigned villages.
- Build/update village directory.
- Support cluster heads in building strong working relationships with partner local government units.
- Ensure that assigned villages are updated on all official announcements and declarations.
Management of Village-related Concerns
- Monitoring of basic village services.
- Ensure resolution of village-related service requests (SRFs).
- Address existing village rules violations immediately.
