Property Company of Friends, Inc. was incorporated on February 23, 1999 by Guillermo Choa and a group of friends who shared in his vision of creating communities and transforming lives. As a property company, Profriends, as it is commonly called, began providing housing units in small pocket developments in Cavite. It has since grown to include medium rise condominiums, estates for low, middle, and higher end markets, and a flourishing township in its portfolio.
Profriends started with pocket developments in Cavite, mostly less than 10 hectares in size and later progressed to developing bigger estates. In 2007, the company expanded its reach in the Visayas with residential projects known as Parc Regency Residences and Monticello Villas, which total 86 hectares in size, both located in Pavia, Iloilo. Launched also by Profriends in 2007 is the 2,000-hectare township development project known as Lancaster New City (LNC), which spans the towns of Kawit, Imus, and General Trias in the province of Cavite. This flagship project, which is now home to over 20,000 families, is a testament of how communities can evolve and grow as relationships are nurtured by way of various social activities hinged on values formation and leadership development.
Other on-going projects are Bellefort Estates in Bacoor, Cavite; Carmona Estates in Carmona, Cavite; and Micara Estates in Tanza, Cavite; Merrydale Homes, Sta. Barbara, Iloilo; and Merrydale Homes, Cavite. Today, Profriends has committed to be at the forefront of creating integrated communities that provide lasting value and uplift the lives of the families it serves. Since its establishment and as of December 2022, Profriends has built and delivered over 60,000 houses for Filipino families
