JOB SUMMARY OF WARRANTY PROCESSOR
Primarily responsible for the efficient and effective processing of warranty claims and parts repairs and replacement, collection of warranty defective parts and submission to manufacturers in compliance with the overall direction, policies and standards of Plant/Manufacturer and AUTOHUB Group in warranty processing.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • warranty claim facilitation
  • warranty defective parts collection and submission processing
  • process policy/ directives compliance
  • Attends relevant training and development programs organized / sponsored by AUTOHUB
  • Undertakes self - improvement initiatives to promote continuing professional growth and personal development
  • Ensures new competencies are developed and/or existing competencies are enhanced on a sustained basis
  • Perform other task assign by unit head from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Graduate of any 4-year course.
  • One (1) year relevant experience
  • SKILLS: Attention to details, Communication skills, Time Management, Computer Literacy (MS Word, Excel), Resourcefulness, creativity and innovativeness.
  • Positive work attitude, integrity, loyalty and team player.
  • Male or Female; 25 to 30 years old
  • Willing to be assigned in Nissan Taytay or Nissan Mandaluyong-Shaw.
