Position to be filled: CHIEF DIGITAL AND CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE OFFICER

Job Description:

- The Chief Digital and Customer Experience Officer is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the customer journey through orchestration and implementation of customer service strategies that enhance the overall appeal of our property. This position works with property leadership to grow the company through elevating and enhancing the customer journey.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or similar field is required.
  • MBA degree in related fields is preferred.
  • At least ten (10) years managerial work experience in a large integrated resort setting.
  • At least ten to fifteen (10-15) years direct experience working with Hotel Applications, Gaming Applications, Gaming and Marketing Data.
  • Proven experience in overseeing the direction, development, implementation, design and build of customer service and gaming strategy.
  • At least seven (7) years experience in senior level roles within casino/hospitality.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Customer Experience and Gaming Technology infrastructure.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to understand business management.
  • Proven track record in project management.
  • Knowledge in the areas of budgeting, strategic planning, productivity and concept development.
  • Strong appreciation of customer service and service delivery.
