Brightleisure Management Inc. (the "Company) was incorporated in the Philippines on December 12, 2008 to engage in the business of hotels, shopping malls, restaurants, theaters, cinema houses, inns, apartments, private clubs, leisure activities, and other related and allied businesses, as well as to operate, manage and/or maintain any and all services and facilities of said businesses.
The Company is presently providing consultancy, advisory, technical and management services to an integrated resort owned and operated by Travellers International Hotel Group, Inc. doing business in the name Newport World Resorts.
Newport World Resorts is an integrated resort in the Philippines that was awarded one of the first licenses issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation in June 2008 to construct and operate integrated leisure and gaming facilities to an international standard with the goal of enhancing tourism in the Philippines.
