Job Title: Customer Support Service Agent (Airline Reservations and Ticketing)

As a Customer Support Service Agent (Airline Reservation and Ticketing), you will be responsible for assisting the European/American passengers of Air France/KLM Royal Dutch Airline in relation to their airline ticket/concerns. As for the schedule, you will have shifting schedules (AM, PM, and graveyard shifts) and holiday duties as well.

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills 
  • Quick to learn complex airline technicalities
  • Preferably, graduate of Tourism, Travel Management, Marketing or other similar courses. 
  • Can start on 10 / 16 January 2023
