Job Description

Provides quality customer service via phone, email, or chat.
Close sales and meet sales goals and/or productivity goals in accordance with development plan (daily, weekly, and/or monthly)
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

Qualifications/Requirements

*At least 18 yrs old. ·
*Above average communication skills
*Must be customer-oriented and willing to assist customer orders
*Must be willing and physically & cognitively able to work at night
*Must be willing to be assigned during weekends
