Job Description

  • Clearly and confidently communicate the company's products and services to both new and existing customers.
  • Provide phone support to customers by assisting with online registration, money transfers, follow-ups, and status updates
  • Conduct telesales marketing by converting generated leads into active customers
  • Pursuing follow-ups on customer inquiries and potential sales opportunities
  • Processing and verifying bank transfer receipts received from customers


Qualifications/Requirements

  • Skilled in active listening and communicating effectively with a diverse range of customers
  • Capable of quickly understanding and applying best practices and company policies
  • Skilled in professionally managing complaints, including interactions with challenging or difficult customers
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in completing system documentation
  • Capable of exceeding customer expectations by going the extra mile to resolve unique situations
  • Proficient in utilizing automated information systems to analyze client data and consistently enhance personal performance
  • Capable of maintaining a friendly demeanor and working efficiently under pressure when necessary
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams to achieve successful outcomes
  • Strong proficiency in conversational Tagalog
  • Strong IT skills
