PH NI FN Business Develop Manager- Published Job Title
Responsible for the growth strategy for Nokia’s Fixed Networks, IP, and Optical solutions in the Philippines. This role covers the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities and shaping solutions to leading tenders and transitioning wins to implementation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & Market Insights
• Develop and execute proactive business strategies to expand Nokia’s FN/IP/Optical portfolio in the local market. • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to detect high-potential growth areas.
2. Customer Relationship Management
• Build and sustain relationships with key customers, including telecom operators and enterprise accounts. • Act as lead technical expert in presales discussions—capturing requirements, delivering presentations, and co-developing customized solutions.
3. Offer Development & Tender Leadership
• Lead FN solution design efforts for DWDM, Optical Transport, and IP network offerings. Draft SoW, BoQ, RFP responses, compliance documents. • Identify technical/business risks early and define appropriate mitigation or pivot strategies.
4. Tender Submission & Handover
• Guide cross-functional teams (engineering, supply chain, delivery) through the tendering process to create competitive offers. • Ensure smooth transfer of won deals to project teams (G5 or handover phase), including documentation and briefings.
5. Sales Forecasting & Reporting
• Maintain demand forecasts and monitor pipeline performance for assigned accounts and overall territory. • Provide regular reports and market insights to senior leadership, adjusting strategy as needed.
6. Internal Coordination
• Collaborate with Nokia’s global and regional FN teams, including BU and Business Centers, to align commercial and technical execution. • Work with Customer Engineering, Project Management, and Supply Chain groups to ensure operational readiness and delivery capability.
