BOILER OPERATOR

BOILER SUPERVISOR
- Oversees the day-to-day boiler operations.
- Prepare weekly boiler operation schedules and allocate work.
- Establishes strategies to meet workload demands on time.
- Manage the daily fuel consumption monitoring and warehousing.
- Maintaining records of boiler usage and performance to ensure safe operation of equipment.
- Evaluates systems or facilities to determine problems and necessary maintenance.
- Manage, motivate, develop and provide direct leadership to boiler staff
- Develop and maintain a planning and scheduling routine and preventive maintenance of
equipment.
- Ensures the team follows all company policies and procedures.
- Make sure the team adheres to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) safety
regulations.
- Perform a variety of maintenance activities as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
