- Bachelors Degree in Architecture or equivalent
- Proficiency in CAD, Photo shop, Illustrator, and InDesign software.
- Proficiency in Sketch up and Lumion or D5.
- Ability to build design narrative and created freehand sketches.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of local materials and availability, regional construction technology and standards of practice.
