Jacobs Projects (Philippines), Inc. (the Company) was incorporated and registered with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on April 27, 1998 primarily to engage in the business of providing specialized and technical services including consultancy services to foreign and domestic corporations, associations, partnerships, combinations, organizations, entities or individuals, in respect of planning, management, design, procurement, evaluation, estimation, appraising, inspection, counseling, supervision of construction and to act as project managers for domestic and foreign projects in the development of industrial and commercial ventures.
The Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Jacobs Group Australia Holdings Pty Ltd. (formerly Sinclair Knight Merz Holdings Ltd.), an Australian entity. The Company’s ultimate parent is Jacobs Engineering Corporation.
On August 3, 2018, the SEC approved the change in the Company’s registered office address and principal place of business from Units A, B, & C, 5th Floor, Makati Stock Exchange Building, Ayala Avenue, Makati City to 16th Floor South Tower Rockwell Business Center Sheridan, Sheridan Street corner United Street, Barangay Highway Hills, Mandaluyong City.
