Qualifications/Requirements

Job Qualifications
Education : Bachelor's Degree
Experience : 2 years of relevant experience
Training : 8 hours relevant training
Eligibility : Career Service Professional or 2nd Level Eligibility


POSITION DESCRIPTION:
โ€ข Assists the Chief of the Section in the exercise of management functions;
โ€ข Assists in the planning and supervision of the personnel in the Section;
โ€ข Supervises the preparation of matters concerning appointments, promotion, transfers and other personnel transaction of the regular and casual employees of the various offices in the Department;
โ€ข Takes action on matters pertaining to awards and merit increase program of the Department;
โ€ข Supervise the maintenance of personnel records and statistics;
โ€ข Takes action on the requisition or budgeting of quarterly supplies of the Division;
โ€ข Assists on the conduct of studies in the area of personnel management; and
โ€ข Does related work.
