POSITION DESCRIPTION:
โข Assists in the preparation/receiving/verifying/recording cash book, disbursements, payments, fees and other collections from office clients and deposits collection daily, classifies and count cash balances collected;
โข Prepares reports of disbursements, collections, and check issued;
โข Reviews and safeguards cash collections, advances and other
accountable records;
โข Releases funds or cash advances for the payment of salaries and
other expenses;
โข Signs checks and other related reports/documents;
โข Performs such other functions as may be assigned.
