Job Description

o Office duties: Answer phones, organize files, draft letters, and take note of Pre-bid and Opening of Bids Schedules
o Correspondence: Prepare, key in, edit, and proofread bidding documents for submission
o Calendar management: Manage calendars and coordinate logistics for meetings
o Filing: Develop and maintain a filing of Pre and Post Bid Documents
o Office supplies: Order office supplies and maintain inventory
o Reports: Submit and reconcile Bid result reports

Qualifications/Requirements

o Bachelor's/College Degree, Business/Office Management, Marketing
o Minimum of 1 year experience.
o Good communication skills (written and verbal), problem solving skills.
o Attention to details
o Politeness and professionalism, performing well under pressure.
o Flexible
