THE DELSAN STORY
Back in 1991, Delsan humbly began as a classic pera sa basura story. We saw an opportunity to turn
empty cartridges into useful and economic products through toner recycling; helping save the
environment and providing jobs to our fellow Filipinos. Ever since, we’ve stayed true to our mission to
provide technological improvement that will satisfy and even exceed customers’ expectations. Thus, we
have consistently evolved from an after-market toner remanufacturer to a business solutions provider,
offering products and addressing current and future needs of our stakeholders.
Aside from providing Managed Print Services and software solutions to 95% of the Hotels and Resorts
nationwide, we have clients in different industries such as the Academe, Banking, Construction, Food &
Beverage, Insurance, Logistics, Manufacturing, Medical, Real Estate, Retail and Utilities.
To further strengthen our presence in the VisMin area, DELSAN Business Innovations Corporation (DBIC)
was established as a subsidiary of DELSAN Office Systems Corporation in 2015. This same year also saw
the company enhancing its product portfolio by providing software solutions to its customers. This
initiative, along with 11 other offices and service support locations, were conveyed in our effort to serve
and help our existing customers grow their business by using technology in new ways to create a more
efficient organization and improve alignment between technology and business goals.
In 2018, Delsan marked a major milestone by become a Premier Partner and an Accredited Service
Provider of trustworthy brands such as HP, Fuji Xerox, Canon, Epson and Ricoh giving the capability of the
company to better serve our partners and clients through the different solutions it can offer.
