Job Description

  • Account Reconciliation: Ensure accuracy by meticulously reconciling accounts and promptly addressing discrepancies.
  • Transaction Processing: Handle financial transactions with precision, maintaining attention to detail to guarantee error-free processing.
  • Support Finance Manager: Assist the Finance Manager in various financial tasks, contributing significantly to the overall financial stability of our remittance services.
  • Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment, essential for our mission's success.
  • Documentation: Maintain meticulous and organized financial records, ensuring strict compliance with established protocols.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
  • High level of accuracy in data entry and transaction processing.
  • Understanding of financial compliance standards
  • Proficient in maintaining and organizing financial documentation to meet audit and internal control requirements.
  • Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and reconciliation templates.
  • Familiarity with financial transaction platforms and remittance systems.
