ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT (AA)
Directly Reporting to: FINANCE OFFICER
Coordinates with: Finance Officer, Internal Auditor, Compliance Officer and Human Resource Officer
Job Description:
This professional will help manage the accuracy of loan applications and attachments. Accounting Assistant provides administrative support to Finance Officer.
Job responsibilities include:
1. Keep accurate records for all reports
2. Provide assistance is preparation of budget and other financial reports
3. Checking of Check Voucher, Loan Voucher and Journal Voucher based on policies
4. Update internal systems with financial data
5. Participate in financial audits
6. Track bank deposits and payments
7. Assist with budget preparations
8. Review and implement financial policies
9. Reportorial Functions:
Preparation of Monthly HDMF Loans & Contribution deadline every 8th of the month
Preparation of Philhealth Contribution deadline every 8th of the month
Preparation of SSS Contribution & Loans deadline every 23rd of the month
Preparation of Coop Loans Monthly Amortization every 10th & 25th of the month
Entry of payroll in the MB System
Processing of Monthly and Annual Withholding Tax Compensation
Other related reports requested by the Board of Directors and Management
10. Willing to travel to visit all the branches
11. Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time
