Job Description

  • Responsible in receiving, segregation and distribution of credit card applications from different source channels.
  • Conduct initial evaluation of credit card applications received following current policies and procedures pertaining to prescreen process.
  • Responsible in filing, retrieval and safekeeping of physical application forms.
  • Zero tolerance for lost application form.
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned by time to time.


Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from College/University preferably any business course graduate. 
  • Proficient in the following Microsoft applications: Word and Excel.
  • With proven good attendance and punctuality records; willing to commit to the work schedule.
  • Keen with details - able to detect wrong information based on a reference material i.e. applicant’s id and application form.
  • With average communication skills; can express thoughts fairly well in English.
  • File management and administrative experience such as filing, sorting, typing using excel and word an advantage.
