Malaysian International Trading Corporation Sdn Bhd - MITCO Philippines Office (MPO) established in the Philippines on 19th May 1995 as representative office.
Purpose of the establishment;
To provide operational support services to HQ’s current and future business activities in Philippines.
Liaison, public relations and promote better business coordination.
MITCO was the marketing and trading arm of PETRONAS which produces petrochemical products. Wholly owned subsidiary of PETRONAS.
PETRONAS Chemicals Group Berhad (PCG) incorporated on 27th August 2010, comprises of 24 companies.
Changed name on 13th March 2012, from MITCO Philippines Office (MPO) to PETRONAS Chemicals Marketing Sdn Bhd - Philippines Representative Office (PCMPRO)
Change the Legal Entity Name in SEC on 10 Dec. 2024 to PETRONAS CHEMICALS INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS SDN BHD (PCIH)
