Dnata travel Inc. is engage in the trade or business of providing outbound travel and tour services for travel outside of the Philippines, and contact centre services and such other services, which shall include, but shall limited to the provision of customer care outsourcing, enterprise support services, business consultancy, and/or technical consultancy, call handling, electronic data and information processing, as well as other communications related services, general back office outsourcing functional services or other activities to carry out such outsourcing services through various modes, including but not limited to, telephone facsimile, email, internet and/or classic business process outsourcing centre based services, servicing the DNATA/EMIRATES group of companies, its affiliates, related parties, and to any other third party business.
