Monitor, review, and recommend improvement on the following in-store efforts:
Deployment and installation of POP materials
Trade promotions and other marketing initiated activities in his/her respective area.
Coordinate with sales in other strategies to improve stock availability, off-take, and BO reduction.
Regular interface with refillers and oversee the execution of merchandising initiatives.
Review and certify monthly billing statements of the accredited merchandising agency/ies in his/her area of responsibility.
Conceptualize, recommend, and implement programs in coordination with sales/RSM for the area/s covered
Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
Passion to develop the brands in his/her area with high attention to detail
Experience working with and successfully managing cross-functional teams, strategic partners, and third-party agencies.
