-Responsible for the talent acquisition life cycle including sourcing, phone, and resume screening, interviewing and evaluating candidates against position requirements.
- Develop recruiting and sourcing strategies utilizing all sourcing channels including but not limited to campus, social media, referrals, partnership and other key recruiting initiatives.
- Support business units by achieving set recruiting targets.
- Real-time updating of databases, tools, trackers, and documentation and reporting
- Provide research support to the Employee Services team on the market or salary data
