COMPLETIONS AND DRILLING SUPERVISOR

  • Drilling Operations: Supervise and manage offshore drilling operations, ensuring well delivery is on schedule and within budget.
  • Completion Operations: Oversee all aspects of well completions, including equipment selection, logistics, and operational procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to company standards, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements during the drilling and completion phases.
  • Supervise a team of offshore drilling and completions personnel, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and compliance.
  • Coordinate with the onshore team and support personnel to provide timely reporting and issue resolution.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or with relevant certification in drilling well control program.
  • Strong communication skills in English or British English, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of offshore operations, gas field development, and deepwater drilling technologies.
  • Expertise in well planning, execution, and optimization, with an emphasis on safety and operational excellence.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage teams in high-pressure, dynamic offshore environments.
  • Solid understanding of safety and environmental regulations in offshore oil and gas operations.
  • Ability to make critical decisions in the field, with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
