Oversees and manages welding operations, ensuring projects are completed safely.
Lead the welding teams to ensure compliance with safety regulations
Involved in training and mentoring welders employees
Directly supervise welders and other team members to ensure all work is performed according to schedules
Inspect welds and fabricated parts quality

Qualifications/Requirements

With at least 3 years of experience in a related field
Expert strategic thinking and decision making
Must be fluent in Chinese and English languages (spoken and written)
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain professional relationship
