POSITION TITLE: MANDARIN DEVELOPER ENGINEER (1 VACANCY)


JOB DESCRIPTION

• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications, systems, or platforms based on project requirements.

• Write and maintain technical documentation and code comments in both English and Mandarin for better cross-team collaboration.

• Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, product managers, or development teams in China or other Mandarin-speaking regions.

• Participate in peer code reviews, suggest improvements, and help maintain high coding standards.

• Identify, debug, and resolve software defects in a timely and efficient manner.

• Ensure software products are properly localized for Mandarin-speaking users, including handling Chinese character sets, UI adjustments, and cultural UX considerations.


Qualifications/Requirements

• Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Capable of ensuring that all communications and documents are in compliance with company guidelines, confidentiality, and quality standards.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate effective communication with Mandarin-speaking clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Strong ability to assist in preparing clear and effective presentations and meeting materials, particularly for Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Proven experience managing communication across different departments to ensure seamless coordination of tasks and meetings.
