What you’ll do at Insight
- Lead the design and development of the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform, including custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, workflows, process builders, and flows
- Develop and maintain custom applications and integrations on the salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other technologies
- Follow best practices and coding standards to ensure high performance, security, and scalability of the solutions
- Perform unit testing, code reviews, and debugging to ensure the functionality and quality of the code
- Support the deployment and release management processes using tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Salesforce DX
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the existing applications and integrations
- Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices, and evaluate and recommend improvements and innovations for the Sales Cloud platform
- Communicate effectively with the clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations
- Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to define and implement best practices for data quality, accuracy, and consistency
