JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist warehouse manager in contacting suppliers and couriers
  • Timekeeping for Cebu-based department
  • Communicating HR memoranda and papers for the department
  • Assisting in basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Assist in packing of small items for shipping
  • General admin works for the department Head 

Qualifications/Requirements

JOB QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

  • At least Senior Highschool Graduate
  • 1–2 years of experience in warehouse operations and administrative tasks
  • Preferably experience in a warehouse
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English
  • Physically fit for warehouse tasks
