The Warehouseman is responsible in ensuring the correctness of material identification, quantity, batch, expiry date, physical condition and temperature requirement of all stocks received, put away, picked, dispatched, returned upon delivery (RUD) and replenished aligned to the company mission, vision and core values to ensure achievement of customer fulfillment and service objectives of the company and in compliance with the current Quality Management System, RQA on Good Storage and Distribution Practices, RQA on Good Distribution Practices for Medical Devices and Diagnostics, and other Regional Guidelines.
- Ensures pick face locations are replenished on a timely manner to avoid picking at bulk bin and facilitate fast completion of orders.
- Ensures correct identification of inbound stocks, quantity, batch number, expiry date, and serial number by comparing with required receiving documents to receive and encode accurately in the system.
- Ensures that stocks are placed in proper storage locations and that proper handling of stocks is carried out to prevent damages.
- Ensures that correct material identification, quantity, batch and expiry code of stocks are picked from the correct bin.
- Consolidates and merges the packages based on the invoice and shipper label.
- Checks completeness of invoices for transport planning based RUSH request, delivery window, location, area, follows Fixed Delivery Schedule (FDS), and if in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Ensures correct identification of returned stocks, quantity, batch number, expiry date, and serial number by comparing the details with invoice to maintain correct inventory and traceability.
