Job Description (Partsman)

-In-charge of the cleanliness, orderliness and organization of all stocks in the warehouse.
-Primary person in-charge of releasing of parts and accessories to service technicians and PDI personnel.
-Submits reports to Accounting as to parts released from warehouse (deemed sold, part of open repair orders or pending releases).
-Assists in stock taking and receiving of all parts from Astara and other suppliers (signing DR, forwarding DR to Accounting).
-Other duties: undertake such other duties, related to the position, as may from time to time be agreed with the management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php13,000.00 per month (negotiable)

Qualifications:

-College graduates and undergraduates are accepted with Warehousing/Warehouse Inventory experience.
-Have previous experiences with Parts Dept. (Auto Dealership) or Auto Supply/Parts Supply Store and knowledge in automotive parts and its functionalities.
-A holder of Driver's License is preferred but not required.
-Good in written and oral communication.
-Physical stamina in the handling of complex tools, parts and accessories and moving through confined spaces.
-Willing to be assigned at GAC Motor Matina at L3 B4 South Road, Ma-a, Davao City.
