  • Ability to identify and resolve operational issues.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and software.
  • Proven ability to supervise and motivate a team.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff, suppliers, and customers.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. 
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting physical counts, and reconciling inventory with data systems. 
  • Overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
  • Optimizing warehouse space utilization, implementing efficient layouts, and managing storage capacity.
  • Implementing and enforcing safety regulations, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and maintaining a clean and secure work environment.
  • Managing logistics for transporting products to customers and other facilities, coordinating with drivers and delivery partners.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is often preferred. Relevant certifications and prior experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and leadership are also beneficial.
