Job Description

  • Ensures competent quality execution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative works.            
  • Maintains complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.            
  • Prepares and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.            
  • Monitors un-served purchase requests.            
  • Receives billings and other documents from suppliers.            
  • Provides attachments and other requirements for the supplier’s billings.            
  • Maintains and coordinates delivery of materials.            
  • Monitors payment of supplier’s billings.            
  • Monitors, updates requested materials and coordinates with concerned departments to ensure document processing on time.            
  • For billing and accrual process             
  • Performs any other related tasks that may be assigned.            

Qualifications/Requirements

Education: Graduate of any four (4) - year business related course.        
Experience/Training: At least one-year experience in related field        
Job Skills:

  • Possesses basic math skills        
  • Pays close attention to details        
  • Strong computer skills        
  • Works well with a team        
  • Communicates clearly and effectively
