JOB DESCRIPTION
The Warehouse Clerk must be highly organized and able to coordinate with every department. The duties for this role are primarily administrative. As such, the ability to be flexible with work shifts is particularly important. Warehouse Clerk is an entry-level role that allows the employee to gain experience and skills to advance to other administrative role. The job duties include developing the daily calendars for the office, ensuring that the required materials are available, and helping with any other needs of the production team.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Maintains a record of inventory levels
• Organizing and scheduling work assignments to ensure tasks are completed on time • Compiles and records production data for industrial establishment
• Prepares production reports based on data gathered
• Monitoring of Production Attendance
• Office Supplies monitoring and replenishment requests
• Assists the Production Officer in the Time and Motion Study and Work Standard for new product • Coordinates production concerns to various departments
• Preparation of Manpower Schedule based on production planning
• Responsible for Heat Treatment and other related pallet treatments
• Other tasks as may be assigned by the Production Officer and management
• 5s and cleanliness of the Production Office
