  •  Taking orders, serving food and beverages, ensuring guest satisfaction, and managing payments.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and inviting dining environment
  • Welcoming customers and guiding them to their assigned tables. 
  • Taking Orders: Accurately recording food and beverage requests and relaying them to the kitchen staff.
  • Serving Food and Beverages: Delivering meals and drinks promptly and efficiently.
  • Ensuring Guest Satisfaction: Checking on customers to ensure they are enjoying their meal and addressing any concerns or needs.
  • Handling Payments: Processing bills and accepting payment from customers.
  • Maintaining a Clean Dining Area: Setting tables, clearing used dishes, and ensuring a tidy and organized dining space.
  • Assisting with Other Duties: May be required to assist with tasks such as stocking supplies, bussing tables, or other front-of-house duties as needed.
  • Additional Skills and Qualities:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effectively interacting with customers and staff members.
  • Customer Service Skills: Providing friendly and attentive service to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Basic Math Skills: Accurately calculating bills and processing payments.
  • Knowledge of Menu Items: Familiarity with the restaurant's menu and specials.
  • Patience and Flexibility: Handling unexpected situations and adapting to a fast-paced environment. 

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Must have at least 2 years relevant experience.
  • With passport valid at least 2 years.
