A Waiter/Waitress has a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to the following:
  • Welcomes and accommodates guests, ensuring a positive dining experience from arrival to departure.
  • Accurately takes and serves food and beverage orders while adhering to service quality standards.
  • Provides knowledgeable menu recommendations and addresses customer inquiries with professionalism.
  • Maintains cleanliness and proper table settings in compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
  • Processes billing and payment transactions efficiently, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, teamwork, and excellent customer service in all interactions, fostering a welcoming and respectful dining environment.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other functions and duties that may be required from time to time.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Prior experience in food service is an advantage but not a requirement.
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Capable of multitasking and performing effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with customers and colleagues.
